Gerotor Motor (Drum Propel) - Assemble
Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
- Install O-ring seals (17) to flange (16). Install flange (16) to housing (6) .

- Install pin (15) to housing (6) .

- Install flange (14) to housing (6) .

- Install shaft (13) to housing (6). Verify the positioning of shaft (13) so that the hole on the external crown coincides with the mask on shaft (13) .

- Install bolts (11) and O-ring seal (12) to shaft housing (10) .

- Install shaft housing (10) to housing (6) .

- Install O-ring seal (9) to rotor housing (8) .

- Install rotor housing (8) by rotating shaft (13) until one of the internal grooves coincide with the mark on the shaft (13). Install rotor housing (8) to housing (6).
