Fan Guard - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Raise the bucket. Install cylinder lock (1). Open the hood.

- Drain the engine coolant into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
- Disconnect hoses (2) and (3) ..

- Remove clamp (4) and disconnect hose (5) .

- Remove bolts (6) .

- Disconnect hose (7) from the air filter service indicator. Disconnect harness assembly (8). Remove bolt (10) and brace (9) .

- Remove bolts (11) and fan guard (12) from the top of the machine.

Installation Procedure
- Install fan guard (12) and bolts (11) .

- Install brace (9) and bolt (10). Connect harness assembly (8). Connect hose (7) to the air filter service indicator.

- Install bolts (6) .

- Connect hose (5) and install clamp (4) .

- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
- Remove cylinder lock (1). Lower the bucket. Close the hood.
