Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to engine (49). Install engine (49). The weight of engine (49) is approximately 284 kg (625 lb).

Install bolts (51) in the rear of engine (49) .

Position the harness assembly and install cable straps (48) .

Connect hose assembly (45) .

Install hose (44) and tighten clamp (42) .

Install hose (46) and tighten clamp (43) .

Install hose (47) and tighten clamp (41) .

Connect harness assembly (39) and install cable strap (38) .

Connect harness assembly (37) and install cable strap (36) .

Install cable harness (34) to electric starting motor (29) .

Install cable harness (32) and screw (35) to electric starting motor (29) .

Install cable strap (33) .

Install cable harness (32) and nut (30) to electric starting motor (29) .

Install the clamp and bolt (28) .

Move the harness assemblies and cable assemblies into position. Install the clamps, bolt (27), and bolt (26) .

Install the air conditioner compressor (22) and bolts (25) and (19). Do not tighten bolts (25) and (19) at this time.

Push air conditioner compressor (22) toward the engine in order to install belt (24). Install belt (24). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the proper belt tension. Tighten bolt (22) and bolt (25) .

Install belt guard (21), bolt (20), and bolt (23) .

Connect harness assembly (18) .

Connect harness assemblies (17) and (16) .

Install cable straps (15) and (14) .

Connect cable assembly (11) to alternator (10) .

Connect harness assemblies (13) and (12) to alternator (10) .

Install muffler (7) and bolts (8) .

Position the exhaust clamp on the pipe and tighten bolts (9) .

Install hose (4) and tighten clamp (3) .

Install hose (1) and tighten clamp (2) .

End By: Install the radiator, the air cooler, and the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator, Air Cooler, and Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Install".
