在发动机和油泵停转后，本机器的液压系统中可能仍保持着液压油压力。 如果在对液压进行任何维护前没有释放此压力，可能会造成严重的人身伤害。 为了避免可能的人身伤害，在进行接头、软管或液压零部件操作之前应释放液压系统压力。 开始维护之前把所有机具降到地面。 如果必须在机具升起位置时维护、测试或调整液压系统，则需要适当支撑住机具和提升油缸。 一定要将机器移到远离其它机器行走线路的地方。 发动机运转并进行测试或调整时，应保证其他人员远离机器。 |
- 使用工具 (E) 将轴承 (25) 安装在转盘 (2) 上。 对其余的轴承 (25) 重复此步骤。

- 拧紧螺栓 (21) 至扭矩 920 ± 60 N·m (679 ± 44 lb ft)。 拧紧螺母 (20) 至扭矩 570 ± 80 N·m (421 ± 59 lb ft)。
- 起动并运转发动机。 在整个作业范围转动转盘 (2) ，检查其是否固定。 转盘 (2) 必须可以自由转动。
- 停止发动机，释放系统压力。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "系统压力 - 释放"。
- 使用工具 (E) 将轴承 (11) 安装在铲刀组件 (3) 上。 对其余的轴承 (11) 重复此步骤。
