A new 278-1240 Sprocket Bearing Gp has been released. The 278-1240 Sprocket Bearing Gp replaces the former 210-4672 Sprocket Bearing Gp.

Table 1 lists the existing parts that will need to be reused with the 278-1240 Sprocket Bearing Gp. Illustration 1 shows the correct order of assembly for these parts.

Note: The 204-1431 Guard As from the existing parts will not be reused with the 278-1240 Sprocket Bearing Gp.

The new bearing has a new seal in order to protect the bearing from debris. The new seal can provide a longer life than the former bearing.

Note: Use 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease in order to pack the bearings.
