Start By:
- Remove the final drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Final Drive - Remove and Install".
- Remove the tire and rim. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim - Remove and Install".
- Drain the hydraulic oil tank into a suitable container for proper storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual , "Hydraulic Oil - Change".
- Attach Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) onto wheel (1) .

- Remove bolts (2) and the washers. Remove retainer (3) and shim pack (4) .

- Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device onto hub (5) . Remove hub (5) . The weight of hub (5) is approximately 104 kg (230 lb).

- Use two people in order to remove bearing cone (6) . The weight of bearing cone (6) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).
- Remove wheel (1) . The weight of wheel (1) is approximately 1089 kg (2400 lb).
- Use two people in order to remove bearing cone (7) . The weight of bearing cone (7) is approximately27 kg (60 lb).
