自动减速器控制(ARC)通/断开关示意图

此开关有两个到制动器 ECM 的输入。 正常操作期间,一个输入断开。 另一个输入接地。 使用电压表测量电路时,开路会测得约 5 DCV,而闭路会测得约 0 DCV。

这两个输入的状态都是接地时会记录诊断代码 FMI 04。

该诊断代码可能的原因如下:

  • "N/O" 信号电路(导线 K986-PK)对接地短路。

  • "N/C" 信号电路(导线 K985-BR)对接地短路。

  • ARC 通/断开关有故障。

  • ECM 出现故障。 这不太可能。

测试步骤 1. 检查开关

  1. 将钥匙起动开关转到接通位置。

  1. 诊断代码处于激活状态。

  1. 从开关触点 2(导线 A294-BK)拆下导线。

  1. 拨动开关并观察诊断代码的状态。

预期结果:

在任一位置时该诊断代码都不再为现行状态。

结果:

  • 正常 - 在任一位置时该诊断代码都不再为现行状态。

    修复: ARC 通/断开关有故障。 更换开关。 确认使用新开关后诊断代码得到排除。

    停止

  • 异常 - 至少在一个位置时该诊断代码为现行状态。 转至测试步骤 2。

测试步骤 2. 检查信号电路是否对接地短路。

  1. 将钥匙起动开关转到断开位置。

  1. 从制动器 ECM 上断开机器线束接头 J1。

  1. 测量触点 J1-33(导线 K986-PK)和机架接地间的电阻。

  1. 测量触点 J1-40(导线 K985-BR)和机架接地间的电阻。

预期结果:

电阻应大于 5000 欧姆。

结果:

  • 正常 - 电阻应大于 5000 欧姆。

    修复: ECM 不太可能会出现故障。 先退出此步骤,然后重新执行此步骤。 如果故障代码仍然存在,更换 ECM。 请参阅测试和调整, "电子控制模块(ECM)- 更换"。

    停止

  • 异常 - 某个电阻值读数小于 5000 欧姆。

    修复: 机器线束中的电阻值偏低的电路短路。 修理或更换机器线束。

    停止
