Torque Converter Hydraulic System

Usage:

24M B93
两个阀门构成了变矩器的液压系统。 以下两个阀门构成了变矩器液压系统:

  • 变矩器出口卸压阀

  • 调节阀(变矩器锁定离合器)

(3) 到油冷却器的出口油道

(4) 出口卸压阀的滑阀

变矩器出口卸压阀 (1) 负责控制变矩器内的最大油压。 油经过来自变矩器的油道 (2) 进入变矩器出口卸压阀。 油流过滑阀l (4) 和出口油道 (3) 到达变速箱油冷却器。 从油冷却器,油流经变速箱润滑系统到达油底壳。

变矩器锁止离合器的调制阀是传动系电子控制模块(ECM)的输出。 ECM 将会分析适当的控制输入。 当 ECM 确定条件正确时,ECM 将会接合调制阀。 油通过来自传动系油滤清器的供油端口 (7) 进入阀门。 阀门随后将为锁定离合器注油。 阀门随后调节锁定离合器内的压力。 阀门根据电磁阀内的电流大小保持一定的压力。 变速箱电子控制模块(ECM)决定提供给锁定离合器阀的电流量。 调制阀接合后,锁止离合器接合。 这可允许变矩器的输出轴转速与发动机输出转速一致。 变矩器锁止离合器的接合主要提供了从发动机输出到变矩器输出的直接动力传输。
