Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

  1. If necessary, position main control valve (11) on mounting bracket (16) and install bolts (15) .

  1. Connect tube assemblies (14) .

  1. Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to position main control valve (11) on the machine. The weight of main control valve (11) is approximately 57 kg (125 lb).

  1. Connect hose assemblies (13) .

  1. Reposition main control valve (11) and install bolts (12) .

  1. Connect hose assemblies (10) .

  1. Connect hose assemblies (9), coupling (7), hose assembly (8), and hose assembly (6) .

  1. Install cable straps (2) .

  1. Remove Tooling (A) from the hydraulic tank.
