Start By:
- Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
Note: Perform Step 1 of the following procedure for wheel steering machines only.
- Remove four bolts (2). Remove steering wheel (1) .

- Remove two bolts (4), the nuts and the washers.

- Pull lever (3) upwards and move the seat forward.
- Remove two bolts (5) and the nuts.

- Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to three anchor points on seat (6). Use the seat belt mounting brackets at the side of the seat and the weight adjusting shaft at the front of the seat as anchor points. The weight of seat (6) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).

- Remove seat (6) from the cab.
