Crankshaft Pulley - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the side panel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Side Panel - Remove and Install".
- Remove the pump drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pump Drive - Remove and Install".
- Loosen bolts (1) and (3) in order to release tension on belts (2) .

- Remove V-belts (2) from the crankshaft pulley.
- Loosen bolts (5) in order to release tension on belt (4) .

- Remove V-belt (4) from the crankshaft pulley.
- Loosen bolt (9). Use hole (6) in order to release tensioner (7). Remove V-belt (8) from the crankshaft pulley.

- Remove bolts (10). Remove crankshaft pulley (11) .
- Remove bolts (12). Remove washer (13) from damper (14) .

- Install Tooling (A). Remove damper (14) .

Installation Procedure
- Install damper (14) onto the crankshaft.
Note: Damper (14) must engage the keyway on the crankshaft.

- Install washer (13) and bolts (12). Tighten bolts (12) to a torque of 160 ± 30 N·m (118 ± 22 lb ft).
- Install pulley (11). Secure crankshaft pulley (11) with bolts (10) .

- Install V-belt (8). Use hole (6) in order to apply tension to V-belt (8). Hole (6) will move tensioner (7). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace" for more information. Tighten bolt (9) .
- Install V-belt (4). Apply tension to V-belt (4). Tighten bolts (5) .

- Install V-belts (2). Apply tension to V-belt (2). Tighten bolts (3) and (1) .

End By:
- Install the pump drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pump Drive - Remove and Install".
- Install the side panel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Side Panel - Remove and Install".
