Valve Seat Inserts
Usage:
Remove And Install Valve Seat Inserts
start by:
a) remove valves
1. Remove valve seat inserts (1) with tool group (A).
2. Clean and remove burrs from the valve seat bore.
3. Install the new valve seat insert with tool group (A). Do not increase diameter of extractor in valve seat insert when insert is installed in cylinder head.
4. Grind valve seat inserts (1) according to specifications given in SPECIFICATIONS SECTION.
