You can place orders via email, telephone or fax. Rework Instructions: 1. Unplug the motor harness from the connector. 2. Remove the four motor housing cover bolts and remove cover (see Image1). 3. Remove the four 6V-9606 Bolts and 9X-8267 Washers that mount the motor to the thermostat valve assembly (see Image2). 4. Remove the motor from the assembly and inspect for corrosion. 5. Apply Loctite 5900 or similar Silicone based RTV along the perimeter of the motor housing and motor cover mating surface (see Image3). 6. Re-mount the original motor mount using bolts and washers. 7. Reinstall the motor cover. |
