Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets and the seals for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Use Tooling (B) in order to clean each tube of the transmission oil cooler.

- Install Tooling (A) to the transmission oil cooler.

- Attach a hoist and suitable lifting chains to Tooling (A). The weight of the transmission oil cooler is approximately 20 kg (44 lb).
- Connect tube (7) to the transmission oil cooler.
- Install bonnet (11) .
- Install four bolts (10) .
- Install mounting bolts (9), the nuts, the washers and the spacers.
- Connect hose assembly (8) to the transmission oil cooler.
- Place housing (1) in position on the transmission oil cooler.

- Install four bolts (3), four bolts (4), bolt (5) and bolt (6). Starting with bolt (5) (not shown) and bolt (6) (not shown), tighten all bolts evenly.
- Connect tube (2) to housing (1) .

- Fill the cooling system with coolant. The capacity of the cooling system is 67 L (18 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7329, "Cooling System Coolant (DEAC) - Change". Or refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7329, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
End By:
- Install the engine bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard (Engine) - Remove and Install".
- Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
