Assembly Procedure

Note: Check the O-ring seal for wear or for damage. If necessary, replace the O-ring seal.

1. Install O-ring seal (6) into carrier (7).

2. Install bearings (4) and thrust discs (5) into planetary gear (3).
   Show/hide table

3. Install planetary gear (3). Drive shaft (1) in the direction that is shown in Illustration 3.

4. Use a suitable hammer and a punch and drive pin (2) into shaft (1). Make sure that pin (2) is flush with the carrier.

5. Repeat Steps 5 through 4 for the remaining planetary gears.
