测试步骤

  1. 把机器开到平整水平的地方。 移到远离工作的机器和人员的地方。

  2. 机器上仅允许留一位操作员 让其他所有人员远离机器或在操作员的视野范围内。

  3. 接合停车制动器。

  4. 完全收回配重。

  5. 停止发动机。

  6. 拆下地板。

  7. 将工具 (A 或 B) 连接到先导压力端口 (TP3)。

  8. 起动发动机。 将液压油预热至温度为 65° ± 3°C (149 ° ± 5 °F)

  9. 以高怠速运转发动机。

  10. 将吊钩控制移到降下位置。

  11. 检查工具 (A 或 B) 上的压力。 工具 (A 或 B) 处的压力应为 5200 ± 70 kPa (750 ± 10 psi)

  12. 如果工具 (A 或 B)上的压力不在规定限制内,则需执行以下调整步骤。

    减压阀(先导回路)
    (1) 调整螺钉
    (2) 锁紧螺母

  1. 固定调整螺钉 (1) 并松开锁紧螺母 (2)。 逆时针旋转调整螺钉 (1) 可减小压力设置。 顺时针转动调整螺钉 (1) 可增大压力设定值。 一整圈约等于 6000 kPa (870 psi)

  2. 调整压力设定值时,用六角扳手握住调整螺钉 (1) 并拧紧锁紧螺母 (2)。

  3. 重复测试步骤。 确保压力为 5200 ± 70 kPa (750 ± 10 psi)
