533 and 543 Wheel Feller Bunchers Engine Supplement Caterpillar

Removal Procedure

1. Open the engine access door on the right side of the machine. Remove the engine access panel on the right side of the machine.

2. Disconnect tube assembly (2) .

3. Loosen clamps (1) and (9). Remove tube assembly (3) .

4. Loosen clamps (7). Remove hose (6) .

5. Remove bolts (14) and (13). Remove adapter (12) and tube assembly (15) .

6. Remove bolts (5) from tube assembly (4) .

7. Remove clamp (8) and bolts (10). Remove turbocharger (11) .

Installation Procedure

1. Position turbocharger (11) and install bolts (10) and clamp (8) .

2. Install bolts (5) on tube assembly (4) .

3. Position adapter (12) and tube assembly (15). Install bolts (14) and (13) .

4. Install hose (6) and clamps (7) .

5. Position tube assembly (3) and install clamps (1) and (9) .

6. Connect tube assembly (2) .

7. Install the engine access panel on the right side of the machine. Close the engine access door on the right side of the machine.
