(4) Lubricate the threads with clean grease prior to assembly. Torque for the cylinder head ... 600 ± 130 N·m (440 ± 95 lb ft)
(5) Lubricate the threads of the bolt prior to assembly. Torque for the bolt ... 1125 ± 100 N·m (830 ± 75 lb ft)
(6) Lubricate the sealing lips with a minimal amount of the lubricant that is being sealed.
Cylinder Drift
The maximum permissible drift per minute for the steering cylinder is 3 mm (.1 inch) at the following conditions:
- Oil temperature ... 38 to 54 °C (100 to 130 °F)
- Supply pressure ... 23000 kPa (3350 psi)
