Blade - Remove
- Raise the blade and block up the circle assembly, as shown. Repeat Step 1 for the circle assembly on the opposite side.
- Remove pin assembly (4) from bracket (3).
- Remove bolts (2) and plates (1) from the upper rail of the blade and from the lower rail of the blade.
- Repeat Step 3 for the opposite side.

Illustration 2 g00928194 - Pull the blade from the circle far enough in order to fasten a suitable lifting device and a hoist to blade (5). Remove the blade from the circle. The weight of the blade is approximately
1133 kg (2500 lb) . Note the shims and the wear strips on the upper rail and on the lower rail for installation purposes.
