Description of Change: A new water lines group is used on the turbochargers on the 3516B (S/N: 8WM) Machine Engines in these trucks. The new water lines group includes hose assemblies in order to route the coolant through the turbochargers. Formerly, tube assemblies were used. The use of hose assemblies helps prevent fretting of the 7N-7628 Gaskets in the water lines group. This will help prevent coolant leaks.
Adaptable To: The new 217-7070 Water Lines replaces the 152-0995 Water Lines on the machine engines in these trucks. The new water lines are effective with 3516B (S/N: 8WM299-UP) Machine Engines in these Trucks. The new water lines are effective with 793C (S/N: ATY532-UP) Off-Highway Trucks.
Note: The 217-7070 Water Lines and the 152-0995 Water Lines are not available for parts service at the group level.
