Machines operating in dirty, wet environments will benefit from the greater overall width of the fender and increased length at the rear of the fender. The kits may be purchased as separate parts at the present time. Use Chart 1 and Chart 2 to identify the Required kit part number, then order the parts listed in the appropriate chart.

Do not remove bolts which hold brackets (48) in place.

Do not remove the bolts holding the bracket to the rear axle. This could affect the pre-load on the steering bearings resulting in premature failure of the bearings. See Illustration 5.

1. When it is necessary to remove the fenders and support tubes, remove bolts (49) from the tube supports from the brackets bolted to the rear axle. If the support tubes do not require removal, remove bolts (50).
2. Assemble the fenders following the dimensions given in the appropriate location Chart 7 and Chart 8 are reference dimensions.
