New Oil Supply Tube For Fan Drive Makes Installation Easier{1359,1307}

768C And 772B Tractors, 769C And 773B Trucks

Description of Change: A new tube assembly and straight connectors are used in the fan drive oil supply lines group on the above machines. The new tube assembly and connectors are easier to install than the former parts. Also, a new cover and bolts are used in the front cover group to make it possible to use the new straight connectors.

Formerly, elbows were used to connect the tube assembly to the cover and fan drive housing. Installation of the tube assembly with these elbows was difficult. Also, during installation it was possible for the elbows to loosen, and this at times caused leaks.

Adaptable As: The new parts, when used together, are direct replacements for the former parts.
