Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Connect the steering frame lock.

1. Remove bolts (1) and the washers. Remove cover assembly (2).

2. Disconnect antenna cables (4). Remove antennas (3).

3. Disconnect harness assembly (5).

4. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to ROPS (6). The weight of ROPS (6) is approximately 2540 kg (5600 lb).

6. Remove cover assembly (8) and cover assembly (9).

7. Remove bolts (10) and the washers. Remove bolts (11) and the washers.

8. Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove ROPS (6) from the machine.

Installation Procedure

Note: Make sure that the mounting surfaces for ROPS (6) are clean and free from paint.

1. Install ROPS (6) in the reverse order of removal.
