- 从系统中排放海水。
- 从单向阀和辅助水泵上断开水管。 从水管、单向阀和辅助水泵之间的接头上拆卸密封垫。

- 从辅助水泵上断开软管 (1)。
- 整体同时安装单向阀 (2)和软管组件 (1)。
- 从单向阀和辅助水泵之间的接头上拆卸密封垫。
- 从辅助水泵出口周围的孔中卸掉单向阀上的双头螺柱。
- 将工具 (A)和适当起吊设备连接到辅助水泵 (4)上。 辅助水泵的重量约为
64 kg (140 lb) 。 消除适当起吊设备上的松弛。 拆卸时必须支撑住辅助水泵。 - 拆卸螺栓 (3)和垫圈时用适合的起吊设备支撑辅助水泵。 小心地将辅助水泵轴移出前驱动器，以从前壳体上卸下辅助水泵。
