Rear Chassis Support - Install
Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
- Attach a suitable lifting device to support (11). The weight of support (11) is approximately 204 kg (450 lb).

- Install support (11). The weight of support (11) is approximately 204 kg (450 lb).
- Install bolts (12). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

- Install the hose assemblies on clips (10). Connect fitting (9) .

- Connect hose assemblies (8) .

- Connect harness assemblies (7) .

- Connect wire (6) to the starter.

- Install bolt (5) .

- Install bolt (4) .
- Connect harness assemblies (3) .
- Install the ground wire and install bolt (2) .

- Install tubes (1) and tighten the clamps.

- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7477, "Cooling System Coolant - Change" for the correct procedure.
End By:
- Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Install".
- Install both the fuel tanks. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblyRENR4193, "Fuel Tank - Install".
