Lift Function
This specification will cover the joystick control for the 824G II Wheel Loader, the 825G II Soil Compactor, and the 826G II Landfill Compactor. When the sensor moves from the HOLD position in either direction, a signal is sent to the implement electronic control module (ECM). The ECM sends a current to the proportional solenoid valves for the lift function.

(1) Tighten the screws to the following torque. ... 0.8 ± 0.17 N·m (7.1 ± 1.5 lb in)
(2) Tighten the screws to the following torque. ... 1.13 ± 0.18 N·m (10.001 ± 1.6 lb in)
(1) Tighten the screw to the following torque. ... 2.5 ± 0.4 N·m (22.13 ± 3.50 lb in)
(A) The amount of angular travel from the center position ... 16°
(A) The sensor has a minimum duty cycle of 71% Pulse Width Modulation.
(B) The amount of angular travel from the center position ... 25°
(B) The sensor has a maximum duty cycle of 17% Pulse Width Modulation.
Tip and Tilt Function
This specification will cover the joystick control for the 824G II Wheel Loader, and the 825G II Soil Compactor. When the sensor moves from the HOLD position in either direction, a signal is sent to the implement electronic control module (ECM). The ECM sends a current to the proportional solenoid valves for the tilt function. The 824G II Wheel Tractor is equipped with a tip function. If the implement select switch (4) is pressed and the joystick control is moved in either direction, the ECM sends a current to the proportional solenoid valves for the tip function.
