The ports for the valves face the rear of the machine.

The bank valves (backhoe control) are located below the floorplate at the rear of the operator station. The valves are mounted on the rear frame.

The machine can be equipped with four bank, five bank, or six bank valves.

Standard equipment includes the following items: Oil outlet cover (1), stick control valve (3), bucket control valve (4), swing control valve (5), boom control valve (6) and inlet cover (8). Inlet cover (8) also contains a back pressure valve.

An optional extendable stick is available. If this option is installed on the machine, extendable stick control valve (2) is also a part of the bank valves (backhoe control). Various optional auxiliary circuits are available. If one of these options is installed on the machine, auxiliary control valve (7) is also a part of the bank valves (backhoe control).

Linkage rods connect all the optional sections of the bank valves to the foot pedals. All the standard valves are connected to the joysticks with pilot lines. All sections of the control valve are the type that has a closed centered position.
