- Diameter of the bearing before installation ... 50.206 ± 0.020 mm (1.9766 ± 0.0008 inch)
(2) Diameter of the cylinder ... 95.25 ± 0.08 mm (3.7500 ± 0.0031 inch)
(3) Diameter of the rod ... 69.800 ± 0.038 mm (2.7480 ± 0.0015 inch)
(4) Before assembly, lubricate the sealing lip with the fluid that is being sealed.
(5) Before assembly, lubricate the threads with clean grease.
- Diameter of the lands ... 70.13 ± 0.03 mm (2.761 ± 0.001 inch)
- Torque for the head ... 600.0 ± 130.0 N·m (440.00 ± 95.00 lb ft)
(6) After assembly, the bearings can not extend beyond the surfaces of the rod.
- Diameter of the bearing before installation ... 50.302 ± 0.020 mm (1.9804 ± 0.0008 inch)
(7) Lubricate the threads. Torque for the bolt ... 3100 ± 350 N·m (2300 ± 250 lb ft)
