Engine Air Filter Service Indicator - Inspect

Usage:

NOTICE

Service the air cleaner only with the engine stopped. Engine damage could result.

The engine air filter service indicator is located in the engine compartment next to the engine air filter.

When the engine air filters are in need of servicing, the warning light on the instrument panel will illuminate. Stop the engine immediately. Clean the filter elements or replace the filter elements.

Note: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Air Filter Primary Element - Clean/Replace" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Air Filter Secondary Element - Replace".

Once the air filters have been serviced, the indicator should be reset. Push the reset button on the bottom of the indicator. The red area on the indicator will disappear.
