Description of Change: New oil cooler cores are used in the brake oil coolers. The new oil cooler cores feature a copper nickel core for increased service life. The new oil cooler cores are direct replacements for the former oil cooler cores.
Adaptable To: The new oil cooler cores are effective with the following Off-Highway Truck/Tractors: 784C (S/N: 2PZ1), 785C (S/N: APX225), 785C HAA (S/N: 5AZ274) and 789C (S/N: 2BW519). The new oil cooler cores are adaptable to all earlier machines. See Table 1 for the part numbers.
Note: Replace oil coolers in conjunction with the most closely related component. During a planned component replacement of the rear wheel station, replace the frame mounted brake oil cooler.
