Description of Change: Improved pressure switches for the transmission are now available. The new switches include the following improvements: a higher pressure rating, an improved reliability and an extended service life.

Adaptable To: The new pressure switches are adaptable to the following machines: R1500-101 and Up, R1700-101 and Up and R2800-101 and Up. Refer to Table 1 for the following information: new part numbers, former part numbers and the application of the transmission pressure switches.

Typical positions of the existing ABA switch and the existing IBA switch (1) 6T-6652 Pressure Switch (ABA) (2) 6T-6653 Pressure Switch (IBA) (3) Transmission filter

1. Replace 6T-6652 Pressure Switch (1) and 6T-6653 Pressure Switch (2) with the new 101-3084 Pressure Switch and the new 126-6916 Pressure Switch .

2. Remove the three pin plug from the Automatic Brake Application side of the wiring harness. Replace the three pin plug with the 7N-9737 Plug Housing .

3. Remove the plug from the IBA side of the wiring harness.

4. Use 1U-5804 Crimp Tool in order to install the two 9W-0844 Connection Sockets on the two wires for the IBA. Insert the 9W-0844 Connection Sockets into the 102-8807 Connecting Plug Kit .

5. Connect the 101-3084 Pressure Switch and the 126-6916 Pressure Switch to the wiring harness.

6. Replace the existing plug clips with the 9G-9150 Clip and the 116-0118 Clip .
