滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果不事先释放压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 卸下液压系统的部件或管路时，确保所有的作业机具都已降到地面上，而且液压油温度已冷。 只能在发动机停机，并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。 |
- 通过完成所维修机器维修手册单元测试和调整, "机器故障诊断与排除准备工作"中规定的程序，执行机器测试准备工作。
- 将测试仪表软管 (A) 安装到测压口 (1) ，并将测试仪表 (B) 连接到测试仪表软管 (A) 。

- 连接转向机架锁。
- 起动机器。
- 预热液压油至正常工作温度。
- 完全降下铲刀。
- 使提升控制杆返回保持位置。
- 升高发动机转速到高怠速。
- 将提升控制杆移到完全降下位置。 不要进入浮动状态。 将控制杆保持在此位置。
注: 卸压压力每次保压的时间不要超过 30 秒。
- 记录测试仪表 (B) 的压力读数。
- 应当将主机具安全阀调整到以下压力：
834H ... 29000 ± 340 kPa (4200 ± 50 psi)
836H ... 24100 ± 340 kPa (3500 ± 50 psi)
如果压力正确，继续执行步骤 16。
如果压力读数不正确，通过执行以下程序调整主安全阀。
- 松开锁紧螺母 (2) 。

- 通过转动调整螺钉 (3) 调整压力设定。 顺时针转动调整螺钉提高压力设定值。 逆时针转动调整螺钉，以降低压力设定值。
- 拧紧锁紧螺母 (2) 。
- 根据需要，重复步骤 2 至 14。
- 确保铲刀位于地面上。
- 关闭发动机。
- 将测试仪表软管 (A) 和测试仪表 (B) 从机器上拆下。
