Radiator screen (1) is attached to the rear of the radiator core.

1. Park the machine on a level surface and engage the parking brake.

2. Fully retract and fully lower the boom.

3. Shut off the engine.

4. Remove the radiator screen in order to clean the screen.

5. Disengage flexible catch (2) at the right corner of the radiator.

6. Slide plate (3) to the left in order to release the screen from the radiator. When the plate moves to the left, four locating tabs that attached to the plate are lifted out of the slots in the screen.

7. Tilt the top of the screen away from the radiator. Lift the screen off the two locating tabs that are attached to the bottom of the radiator.

8. Use compressed air or high pressure water to clean the radiator screen.

9. Locate the bottom of the radiator screen on the two locating tabs.

10. Slide the plate to the left in order to allow the screen to rest against the radiator. Slide the plate to the right in order to lock the screen in position.

11. Engage the flexible catch into the holding bracket on the corner of the radiator in order to secure the plate.
