Lubricate the threads on the head with clean grease.
Torque on the head ... 400 ± 40 N·m (295 ± 30 lb ft)
(2) Diameter of the rod ... 101.58 ± .03 mm (3.999 ± 0.001 inch)
(3) Bore in the cylinder ... 114.34 ± .04 mm (4.502 ± 0.002 inch)
(4) Diameter of the piston ... 113.3 ± .05 mm (4.461 ± 0.002 inch)
(5) Torque on the bolts ... 135 ± 20 N·m (100 ± 15 lb ft)
Lubricate all of the seals and all of the wear rings with clean system oil.
