Lubricate the threads of the nut with clean grease.

(2) Diameter of the piston ... 101.1 ± 0.1 mm (3.98 ± 0.004 inch)

(3) Diameter of the rod ... 69.8 ± .038 mm (2.7480 ± 0.0015 inch)

(4) Bore in the cylinder ... 101.6 mm (4.00 inch)

(5) Bore in the head ... 70.35 ± 0.1 mm (2.770 ± 0.004 inch)

Lubricate the threads of the head with clean grease.

Torque on the head ... 450 ± 60 N·m (332 ± 44 lb ft)

(6) Apply 8T-9021 Adhesive to the outer metal surface of the seal.

Lubricate all of the seals and all of the wear rings with clean system oil.
