| Ether Starting Aid (If Equipped) - Push in the knob for the ether starting aid. When the knob is released, a premeasured amount of ether is injected into the engine air intake. |

Only inject the ether while you are cranking the engine. Use the ether sparingly. Excessive ether use can cause damage to the pistons and the rings. Ether should only be used for the purpose of cold weather starting. Use ether when the temperatures are below 0°C (32°F).
