Installation Procedure

1. If necessary, install two spring pins (11) on plate (10) .

2. Use 1U-6396 O-ring Assembly Compound to hold 12 O-ring seals (9) in position on plate (10). Install six O-ring seals (9) on each side of plate (10). Install plate (10) .

NOTICE
Be sure the control valve and the main case are free of dirt and debris before the control valve is installed on the machine.

3. Fasten Tooling (A) and a hoist to control valve (8). Install steering clutch and brake control valve (8) on the main case. The weight of the steering clutch and brake control valve is 55 ± 7 N·m (41 ± 5 lb ft). Install four bolts (7) and the washers.

4. Install hose clip (6) .

5. Connect the linkage for parking brake control lever (1) to the control valve .

6. Connect the linkages for steering control lever (2) and (4) to the control valve.

7. Connect the linkages for brake control pedal (3) and (5) to the control valve.

8. Install the floor panel and the seat. The weight of the seat is 64 kg (141 lb).
