滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。

发动机停机之后,液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前,如果不事先释放压力,可能会造成严重伤害。

卸下液压系统的部件或管路时,确保所有的作业机具都已降到地面上,而且液压油温度已冷。 只能在发动机停机,并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。

即使是从针孔大小的渗漏孔中漏出的液体或压力,都能够穿透人体组织而造成严重创伤,甚至死亡。 如果喷射出的液体渗入您的皮肤,必须立即找熟悉这类型创伤的医生处置。

检测是否泄露时,务必使用木板或纸板。



注意

在检验、保养、测试、调整及维修发动机时,请小心确保盛接流出的液体。 在打开或拆解任何储有液体的部件之前,要准备好合适的容器收集液体。

按照本地法规和条例处置所有液体。


在执行下列步骤前,请参阅测试和调整, "排除故障的机器准备",以了解正在维修的机器。

机器准备

  1. 将机器放在光滑、水平的表面上。 位置应该干燥并没有碎屑。 关闭发动机。

  1. 机器上仅允许停留一位操作员。 应保持所有其他人员远离机器。

  1. 将铲斗和/或作业机具降至地面。

  1. 接合停车制动器。

  1. 关闭发动机。

释放系统压力

  1. 反复踩下制动踏板。 这样将释放可能存在于制动系统的压力。

    注: 如果机器配备电子液压控制装置,在执行步骤 2 和步骤 3 之前,将发动机起动开关钥匙转到 ON 位置。 在完成步骤 2 和步骤 3 之后,将发动机起动开关钥匙转回到 OFF 位置。

  1. 通过全程运转将机具控制杆移动若干次。 这样将释放可能存在于机具液压系统的任何压力。

  1. 顺时针和逆时针旋转几下方向盘,释放转向系统的压力。

  1. 推入液压箱断路器安全阀的柱塞直到释放所有压力。

    注: 如果机器未配备液压油箱断路器安全阀,可以逐渐移除液压油箱以降低油箱压力。
