Installation Procedure

1. Place the stick in position on the machine.

2. Install pivot pin (27). Install nut (26). Tighten the three set screws in nut (26) .

3. Place the stick cylinder in position. Install pivot pin (25). Install nut (24). Tighten the three set screws in nut (24) .

4. Place the wiring harness for the lights in position. Install hose (23) and hose clamp (22). Tighten hose clamp (22) .

5. Install two input wires into connector (21). Install the wedge in connector (21) .

6. Install two input wires into connector (20). Install the wedge in connector (20) .

7. Connect electrical connector (21) and electrical connector (20) to the wiring harness for the lighting.

8. Place light (19) in position on the machine. Install the nut and bolt.

9. Place cover (17) in position. Install two bolts that attach cover (17) .

10. Route extendible cylinder hose (16) in the machine. Install the top of clamp (15). Install two bolts (14) .

11. Repeat Step 10 for extendible cylinder hose (18) .

12. Remove two bolts (11). Remove cover (12) from the stick.

13. Connect two hydraulic hose assemblies (13). Replace cover (12) and bolts (11) .

14. Place the hose bundle in retainer (10). Install the bolt in retainer (10). Install strap (9) on the machine.

15. Connect five hydraulic hose assemblies (8) to the stick.

16. Connect hydraulic hose assembly (7) to the paint tank.

17. Place wiring harness (5) in position on the stick.

18. Connect wiring harness (5) to junction block (6) .

19. Connect the electrical connector to light (4) .

20. Place cover (3) in position. Install two bolts (2) .

21. Remove the strap from pivot pin (1). Remove the strap from the stick.

End By:

1. Attach the tree harvester head to the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tree Harvester Head - Install" for this machine.
2. Operate the machine in order to purge air from the systems.
