Relief Valve (Rear Brake Cooler) - Disassemble
Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the relief valves (rear brake cooler). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Relief Valve (Rear Brake Cooler) - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
- Remove O-ring seal (7) from the relief valve.

- Remove plug (4) from body (1). Remove shim (5) from plug (4). The shim is .81 mm (.032 inch) thick.
- Remove spring (3) and valve (2) from body (1) .
- Remove shim (6) from body (1). The shim is .81 mm (.032 inch) thick.
