- Remove four bolts (1) and the washers, and remove grill assembly (2) .

- Use handle (3) in order to release hood (4) . Tilt the hood forward.

- Attach Tool (A) , a nylon lifting strap and a hoist to hood (4) .

- Remove cotter pin (5) and remove rod (6) .

- Remove nut (7) and remove strut (8) .

Installation Procedure
- Attach Tool (A) , a nylon lifting strap and a hoist to hood (4) .

- Position hood (4) and install four bolts (9) and the washers.

- Install strut (8) and install nut (7) .

- Position rod (6) and insert cotter pin (5) . Close the hood.
