(1) Torque for plug ... 90 ± 15 N·m (65 ± 11 lb ft)

(2) Apply a continuous 1.60 mm (.063 inch) bead of 6V-6640 RTV Silicone Sealant along the flange centerline and on a radius around bolt holes to the inside. The surfaces that are being joined must be clean and free from oil. The final torque must be applied within five minutes of the application of the sealant.

(3) Distance from the end of the dowel to the case ... 16.0 ± 1.5 mm (0.63 ± 0.06 inch)

(4) Torque for 15 bolts (X), (Y), and (W) ... 135 ± 20 N·m (100 ± 15 lb ft)

Note: Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock to the threads on bolts (X), (Y), and (W) .

Note: Assemble the spacers at locations (Y) .

(5) Torque for two bolts ... 115 ± 20 N·m (85 ± 15 lb ft)

Note: Bolts (5) are used to attach the tool box to the frame.

(6) Torque for four bolts ... 3.4 ± 0.6 N·m (30.09 ± 5.31 lb in)

(7) Torque for six bolts ... 3.4 ± 0.6 N·m (30.09 ± 5.31 lb in)

(8) Torque for four bolts ... 115 ± 20 N·m (85 ± 15 lb ft)
