Seat - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Disconnect harness assembly (1) from the back of seat (2) .

- Remove bolts (4) that hold seat suspension group (3) to the cab.

- Rotate seat (2) and seat suspension group (3) by approximately 90 degrees, as shown.

- Remove stop bolt (6). Raise center handle (5) and slide seat (2) off seat suspension group (3). The weight of the seat is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).

- Remove seat suspension group (3) from the cab. The weight of the seat suspension group is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

Installation Procedure
- Install seat suspension group (3) in the cab.

- Raise center handle (5) and slide seat (2) onto seat suspension group (3). Install stop bolt (6) .

- Rotate seat (2) and seat suspension group (3) so that the seat is facing the front of the cab.

- Install bolts (4) that hold seat suspension group (3) to the cab.
