New door and window groups have now been released for the new "C" Series cabs. These new door and window groups feature improved window latches that provide positive latching of the windows. The improved window latches have pistol grip handles that turn to engage and latch in new keeper plates as shown in Illustration 1.

The new window and door groups are identified in Table 1 and Illustration 2.

The manufacturing effectivity for the new door and window groups is provided in Table 2. The former door and window groups will continue to be serviced using their current part numbers. Earlier machines can be retrofitted with the improved window latches and keepers.
