Description of Change: Changes have been made to the Water Pump Group used on the D400D, D350E and D400E Articulated Trucks. A new 4P-2383 Inlet Adapter has replaced the former 7C-0222 Inlet Adapter. The 4P-2383 Inlet Adapter is made from cast iron which has a better resistance to corrosion than cast aluminum. The 7C-0222 Inlet Adapter was manufactured from cast aluminum.
Adaptable To: The 4P-2383 Inlet Adapter is effective from 9LR00723 and 2YR01239. The 4P-2383 Inlet Adapter is adaptable to the first production of the machines listed above.
