New Tie-Down Available For Asphalt Paver{6600,6100,6300}

Usage:

AP-1055B (8BM1-UP, ABB1-UP),
BG-2455C (6TN1-UP, ACM1-UP) Asphalt Pavers

Description of Change: The following tie-down is now available for installation on MTS Asphalt Pavers. The tie-down is to be located on the 106-1048 Rear Track Roller Frame Group.

Assembly

(1) Rear frame shaft assembly plate.

(2) Bogie frame plate.

1. Item 172-6783 will need to be butted flush with the rear frame shaft assembly plate (1) and the bogie frame plate (2) in the track assembly.

Detail A

2. Weld per Detail A specification.

Detail B

3. Item 172-0999 should then be located on the 172-6783 Plate per the measurement specification in Detail B.

4. Weld 172-0999 Plate (Tie-down) to 172-6783 Plate per the weld specifications in Detail B.

NOTE: Use the same assembly steps on both sides.
