For use on 7T-2459 Seal Group:

Toric cross section - 12.7 mm (.50 in)
Seal ramp angle - 15 degrees

Procedure

(1) Remove four screws (2).
(2) Cut 54 mm (2.1 in) - (Dimension B) from the circumference of item (1).
(3) Drill and tap four holes for screws (2), Maintain dimension C and D, and attach inner sliding member (3). Make sure alignment of installer edges is maintained.
(4) Make sure screws (2) do not extend more than 0.5 mm (.02 in) through installer (1).
(5) Remove old part number and mark new part number.
