New Washer-Retainers Increases Service Life Of Rolling Hoses {6460,5057}

Usage:

RT50 (4XG, 5PF) RTC60 (4XG, 5PF) MATERIAL HANDLERS TH63 (5WM1-609, 3NN1-464) TH83 (3RN1-441) TELEHANDLERS

Description of Change: The 084-4212 Boom Group Section for RT50 Material Handlers and RTC60 Material Handlers is the second boom group section. The TH63 Telehandlers and TH83 Telehandlers use the 8I-6682 Number 2 Boom Section. These number two boom sections use a new 124-6542 Washer-Retainer to increase the service life of the rolling hoses. The former 101-1856 Washer had sharp edges on the outer diameter.

Adaptable To: The 124-6542 Washer-Retainer is a direct replacement for the former 101-1856 Washer. The new 124-6542 Washer-Retainer has a radius on the outside diameter.

When maintenance is performed on the number 2 boom section, the washer should be inspected for sharp edges and damage. Ensure that 101-1856 Washer is purged from dealer stock.
