Description of Change: The sealing on Caterpillar Monitoring System and VIMS modules has been improved to prevent fogging on the inside of the lens.

Adaptable To: Effective with modules manufactured on 8/11/97, the sealing has been improved on the control groups (modules) listed the chart. The following illustration depicts the typical front view of the three types of module affected. The date of manufacture is printed on a white label affixed to the back of the module in a six-digit format (081197 = August 11, 1997).
