Cold weather may cause heavy steering on Telehandler machines. Proper installation of the parts discussed in this article will overcome this problem.

Procedure

1. Check the pump and steering pressure settings, adjust if necessary.

2. Install the parts for the main directional control valve as shown in Illustration 3.
